The Black Stallion® is a U.S. registered trademark owned by The Walter L. Farley Family Share Trust. The Black Stallion Enterprises is the sole and exclusive representative of the Walter Farley Family Trust, the entity that owns all registered and common law trademark rights in The Black Stallion.
